We have a 30-day no-questions-asked return policy that begins when you receive your order.

Please help us understand why you are returning an order, so that we may grow with clear feedback. Once we receive the item, we will refund or replace the item (whichever you choose) within 10 days. Shipping costs will not be refunded. 

Local Pick up is available in Salt Lake City for FREE

Local Delivery is available in Salt Lake for $3 

Please note that we currently only ship to the US. 

All domestic orders are currently shipped using USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail.

Handling time is currently 1-3 business days, but can sometimes be longer if we’re temporarily out of stock. If you haven’t received any updates about your order in 5 business days, please reach out to us for an update. 

The shipping and handling cost for your order is based on the total weight of the order. 

Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive updates and tracking info via email as soon as your package has been accepted by the carrier and is on its way.
