On behalf of Cypress Roots, we extend a heartfelt invitation to join us for a delightful evening of farm dinner with farm fresh plant forward meal and seasonal herbal exploration. The Sun Holiday Farm dinners are cherished events that bring together the community to celebrate the solstices, equinoxes, and cross-quarter days throughout the year. These days have traditionally been markers for those who work the land and are a way to step into a seasonal rhythm. Join us at the farm as we celebrate what each season brings. Each evening includes: *Seasonal farm tour. As you visit the fields, you will see our commitment to sustainable agriculture and regenerative farming practices. *Farm dinner prepared by Chef Race utilizing and featuring seasonal ingredients from the farm. These will be thoughtfully prepared vegetarian dishes that highlight the nourishing aspects of what the farm has to offer that correlate to the seasonality at hand. Menus TBD *Herbal highlights that support the season at hand and education about how to engage with that herbal. Many will be included in dinner:) *Moments of meditation, journaling, ritual, and general merriment that align with seasonal practices. For example, in May, we hope to have Maypole! *In seasons when it is colder, we will have a fire to gather around and keep us warm.
