So what to do with this herbal honey? This makes an incredible treat. It can be mixed into hot water for a drink on its own. You can add lemon and ginger to the mix for a wonderful warming drink. You can add it to tea. You can serve it up on toast- I personally suggest sourdough. You can sub it into cooking where you might add honey. 
 
Note: since this is raw honey, it is natural for it to crystalize over time.
