Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping Policy 

SALES TAX

All shipments to the following states will be charged a sales tax: Colorado. No sales tax will be applied to shipments to other states.

 

CHANGING OR CANCELLING AN ORDER

Unfortunately we are unable to guarantee that we can change or cancel an order after it has been placed, but we will do our very best to assist you.

If you wish to make a change or cancellation, please contact through our contact page as soon as possible after placing the order. Please make sure to include your order number in any correspondence to assist customer support in locating your order.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are shipped Monday - Friday only. Understanding that our goal is to ship orders as quickly as possible, the processing of an order generally takes place within 2-4 business days from the time it was received. Orders are not processed or shipped from Saturday through Sunday, or holidays. In the event of a holiday order processing will resume on the next business day.

SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY

We offer USPS shipping service within the United States. Large orders might be shipped UPS on occasion. Standard shipping service will be USPS 1st class mail. Expedited shipping options are available to you within the checkout process. We are not responsible for shipping delays due to inclement weather and we do not issue refunds for shipping costs if a delivery date is missed.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

We currently do not ship outside the continental US.

 

SHIPPING COSTS 

Shipping is calculated by the type of item included in the order. Shipping costs accumulate based on the style of items added. 

Teas - $4 shipping costs 

Tinctures and oxymels $4 

Wellness boxes $8 

Orders over $125 have free shipping 

Local Pick up is available in Nucla, CO for FREE

Local Delivery is available in Nucla, Naturita or Norwood for $3 

 

SHIPPING NOTIFICATION

When your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email from us containing your tracking information. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. With this number, you will be able to monitor the progress of your package as it is in transit to you.

 

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES AND REFUSED DELIVERY

We will make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it is recognized as a valid address with the carrier. If we are unable to validate the address and we are unable to contact the customer to provide an updated address, the order will be canceled and refunded.

In the event the customer provides an incorrect or partial shipping address when placing their order and it's returned by the carrier or if delivery is refused and returned to sender, we will cancel the order and provide a full refund of the original purchase price, minus the shipping and handling charges.

Cypress Roots Craft Herbalism will not be held responsible If the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we are unable to recover the package.

 

MISSING OR STOLEN SHIPMENTS

If you didn't receive your order but the shipping carrier is reporting that it has been delivered, please contact us as soon as possible. File a claim with the carrier who will perform a detailed investigation and potentially involve local law enforcement to recover your package. Due to the nature of our small batch production, it is not guaranteed that we will have the inventory to replace missing or stolen packages. After the investigation is complete, if we are able to replace it we will do our very best. Allow up to 21 days for the investigation.

CANCELLATION POLICY 

You may cancel your order and receive a full refund if it has not been shipped. Please reach out to cypressrootscraftherbalism@gmail.com as soon as possible with any order cancellation inquiries. Once an order has left our facility and is in the hands of the shipper (USPS or UPS) we are no longer able to cancel and refund an order.

Return Policy 

Because our products consist mainly of consumable food items, we do not typically accept returns or offer refunds.

However, if we have made an error or the quality of our product is in question, we will absolutely do whatever we can to make it right!

When an issue arises, and it is due to our mistake, we will either refund or replace the item, but will not provide any refunds based on taste preferences or dietary constraints.


Please Note: We strive for consistency, but our tea blends and herbal infusions are prepared by hand, with ingredients that are unique to each harvest season,

so slight variations may occur from one hand made tea bag to the next and from one batch to another.
