Allergy Response is designed to support your histamine response throughout allergy season. It can be taken as a preventative or as an acute response to allergy symptoms.
 
It starts with a strong antihistamine base, supports the lymphatic alterative action to address part of the root cause of allergies, supports the body's anti-inflammatory action, supports the respiratory system, and soothes irritated mucous membranes of the throat, eyes, and nose. 
 
Goldenrod- Traditionally used to alleviate seasonal allergies, goldenrod has anti-inflammatory and antihistamine properties. It supports respiratory health and helps reduce congestion, making it a valuable ally during allergy season.
Nettle- Nettle is known for its natural antihistamine effects, which can help mitigate the symptoms of hay fever and allergic rhinitis. It is also rich in vitamins and minerals, supporting overall health and vitality.
Marshmallow- Soothing to mucous membranes, which can be beneficial for calming irritated airways, throats, and even eyes during allergy flare-ups.
Plantain- Plantain has anti-inflammatory and expectorant properties, aiding in respiratory issues. It's demulcent properties also help soothe throat irritation and reduce coughing. 
Oregon Grape - This herb possesses strong antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory properties. It supports liver function, assists in gentle detoxification to support the root of the histamine response. 
Tulsi Kapoor- Supports the body response with stress. It can also support respiratory health and may help relieve allergy symptoms due to its anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial effects.
 
 
Honey pastes utilize whole powdered herbs distributed in honey, a traditional way of working with the plants, learned from my teachers. Utilizing the entire herb, rather than extracting it into tea or tincture, provides the full range of bioavailable plant constituents. This is one of the most potent ways to consume herbs.
 
Note: since this is raw honey, it is natural for it to crystallize over time.
