Nettle -is an antihistamine and mast cell stabilizer working to assist the primary action of allergic response in the body. 
Goldenrod - Specifically noteworthy for hay fever and cat allergies it helps the bodies response to enviornmental and pollen allergies. 
Elderflower - Traditional for upper respiratory allergies and helps support the sinuses during allergic response by drying and thinning the mucus
Gumweed - A native to this area, often growing alongside the roads, with a longstanding use for respiratory support. As a respiratory decongestant and expectorant, it helps to break up hardened mucus, opens airways, and it is antispasmodic for the lungs, which allows them to relax when riddled with coughs. 
Oregon Grape - Providing lymphatic and alterative, this helps clear congestion through the lymphatic channels. It also supports the liver, which is often a root cause of systemic inflammation that allows allergies to express in the first place. 
Feverfew - is Anti-inflammatory and though typically used for migraines, headaches due to sinus pressure often accompany allergies. Even if a headache is not present, the overall anti-inflammatory action is still beneficial to the body.
