Honey pastes utilize 1 ounce of whole powdered herbs distributed in honey, a traditional way of working with the plants, learned from my teachers. Utilizing the entire herb instead of extracting it in tea or tincture provides the full range of bioavailable plant constituents. This is one of the most potent ways to consume herbs.
 
Note: since this is raw honey, it is natural for it to crystallize over time.
