Cancellation Policy
We understand that circumstances can change unexpectedly. To accommodate this, we offer a flexible cancellation policy as follows: *Cancellations made up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment can be made at no cost. *Clients may reschedule their appointment at no cost up until 24 hours before the scheduled time. *For cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment, a fee of 25% of the total appointment amount will be charged.
