Herbal Nutrition

You are never deficient in an herb….. AND herbs can help with nutrition!

Class Description

Let food (and herbs!!) be thy Medicine. The modern diet is deficient in nutrients, even if you eat the absolute best you can imagine. The farming practices of the modern world have stripped our soils from vital nutrients. It can be a challenge to meet the daily needs of your body to fuel for basic functions. And this is where herbs can help support nutrient gaps. Before modern health supplements and herbal preparations, much of your herbal support came through your kitchen. Many of our chronic health concerns can be traced back to a nutrient deficiency. And correcting that deficiency, your symptoms magically go away:) There will be an option during the class to add on an herbal nutrient kit to take home and use in your kitchen. It will include: Farm-fresh garlic, Nettles, Catnip, Basil, peppermint, and Fennel. Add-on kits will be $30, available only during the class.
