Regular check-ins, over four sessions, give us the opportunity to dive into your health history, discuss your wellness goals, & design lifestyle and dietary practices that support you where you’re at, refine and adjust your plan, while introducing you to the vast world of holistic wisdom through an herbal perspective. Nicole is committed to working with each client on an individual basis to provide personalized recommendations tailored to your unique situation. Also includes your first 3 oz of custom tea & a flower essence created just for you to support the emotional process of engaging with change. This can be picked up locally or shipped as needed. What’s included: 4 consultation sessions 1 x 120–180-minute intake meeting to review complete health history 1 x 45–60-minute follow-up session within a week of the first meeting to fine-tune your plan, introduce strategies, resources, & recommendations. 2 x 45-60-minute follow-up once a month for the next two months ensures confidence & reinforces your new therapeutic practices A custom, therapeutic plan tailored to your unique needs, including: *Customized herbal recommendations *Supplement recommendations *Nutritional analysis & recommended changes *Lifestyle recommendations For every intake session, Cypress Roots Clinic conducts approximately 3–8 hours of research, formulation, customized health investigation, & plan organization.
