What’s included: *2 consultation sessions: 1 x 120–180-minute intake meeting to review complete health history & establish a foundation. 1 x 45–60-minute follow-up session within a week of the first meeting to fine-tune your plan, introduce new strategies, resources, & recommendations. *A custom, therapeutic plan tailored to your unique needs, including: Customized herbal recommendations and formulations Supplement recommendations Nutritional analysis Lifestyle recommendations For every intake, Nicole conducts approximately 3–8 hours of research, formulation, customized health investigation, & plan organization. Delivery of recommendations and communication: *All sessions are via Google Meet (local or long-distance). *Prior to your appointment, you will receive a Client Intake Form. Please complete and return 24 hours before your appointment. *Email & Google messaging for ongoing correspondence. *Digital plan delivered after the intake, with herbal formulations, supplement & lifestyle recommendations. *Supplements available through Fullscript with a client discount *Herbal formulas available for pickup or shipment.
